Returns may be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided that the item retains its original appearance, shows no signs of use, and any protective seals, size tags, and labels are intact. The item must be returned with all original packaging.

All costs associated with the return/exchange of a product in good condition are borne by the buyer (return shipping).

After inspecting the item for compliance with the return conditions, its full cost will be refunded within 3 business days.

The time required for funds to be credited to the recipient’s account depends on the receiving bank’s internal procedures.

Exchanged items will only be shipped after the return is received.

For returns from abroad, international return shipping and customs duties are paid by the buyer.

Attention! If the client requests an order modification or cancellation after it has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for return and any repeat shipping costs.
