SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by “Nova Poshta”:
- Courier delivery to your address.
- Delivery to a branch.
- Delivery to a parcel locker.
Pickup is also available at:
35A Borychiv Tik Street, Kyiv.
Order dispatch time is from 1 to 3 business days.
International shipping is carried out by “Nova Poshta Global”:
Available for Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Germany.
Order dispatch time is from 5 to 7 business days.
International shipping via DHL:
Duration: 7–14 business days.
Priority is given to countries where DHL delivery is available.
PLEASE NOTE
Parcels with “Nova Poshta” are stored for 7 days, after which they are automatically returned to the sender (per Nova Poshta’s terms).
Shipping cost is determined by the carrier and paid by you upon receipt. The amount depends on the chosen payment method and pickup type.
The customer is fully responsible for any additional costs associated with customs
clearance.

We do not ship to countries considered terrorist states, such as Russia and Belarus.
